We want you to love your Lume Deodorant Shop products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return any unused or gently used product for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Email us at mailto:[email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on products that have been fully used or damaged due to misuse. However, if you have a concern about a product's performance, please contact us—we're happy to find a solution.

Free Returns

We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Just follow the instructions we send you.
